Newly renovated rooms with very comfortable bed, big tv with netflix and organic bathroom products. The room was very clean and although we only stayed for a night we would have been comfortable for longer. You can tell the owner and staff put a lot of care and attention to detail into the place. Thank you!

(Edit) Well you can see why did i gave him 1star on customer service and 5 stars on room. Yes i called and ask if price is negotiable-on response he said no he is not there to negotiate, if you want to book, go ahead otherwise hangup the ph as other people would be calling. On arrival i didn’t find any keys under mat, i called 3 times to find out someone is coming to hand over the keys to me. Palms won’t mention this on reply-only gonna mention that i roughed up the second bed which is also no true. Hotel excellent but worse, disgusting and poor customer service with 0 manners at all!

The motel carpark was easy to navigate, check in was smooth. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and immaculate and the spa bath was phenomenal! I would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying here and it was great. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and with us being on bikes nothing was to much. We got an upgrade which was so nice and the location is great. We will definitely be back.

My favourite place in Dubbo! Always love my stay at the Palms- the rooms are clean, spacious and the staff are always so helpful, friendly and welcoming. I will keep coming back and booking direct through the website to save money too. The motel is in a good location, great to have a pool in the summer and the spa in the room makes my trips even more relaxing! Thank you!

Not too badly priced, clean so would stay again, maybe cutlery added. Shower could do with an exit mould clean, but generally speaking good compared to what we have stayed in on our travels from Qld to Vic.
